Seasonal Policy
May 1-Sept 30 season.
One RV per site.
One year seasonal - RV must leave at end of season or leave it with post dates cheque for next rental season.
Each site has metered power which is billed at the end of the season, payable to Hitchcock's Hideaway.
Hitchcock's Hideaway will provide water, septic and garbage services and reserves the right to add a surcharge for these services at any time.
Yearly rent is due at time of signing for one year rentals.
Late fees of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding fees.
Renters must agree and adhere to the rules presented in the rental contract or tenancy could be terminated.
Quiet time 11pm to 8am.
No fireworks or Chinese lanterns.
No motorized recreational equipment such as dirt bikes and ATVs.
Pet Policy
Max 2 dogs per site.
All dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Dogs must be picked up after or will be subject to a fine.
Excessive barking, digging or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave if the pet is not controlled.
Dogs are not allowed on public beach, playground or swimming area.
