Season: May 1 - Sept 30 **Available for 2020**

45' x 80'

50 amp service + water + sewer

Room for Arizona room and/or deck + one garden shed *some conditions apply*

Parking for one car and boat

RVs can remain for the five year term and contract is renewable

Contract is transferable with applicable fees

First come first served basis

Each site has metered power which is billed at the end of the season, payable to Hitchcock's Hideaway

FIVE YEAR RENTAL CONTRACT

$3600 per year

$500 deposit to reserve, with first year balance due by May 1st

Total 5 year cost: $18,000 + GST + Power

CONDITIONS AND RULES

Hitchcock's will provide water, septic and garbage services and reserves the right to add a surcharge for these services at any time

Rental includes green space and beach access

All pets must be approved by resort owner (see pet rules with rental contract)

Late fees of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding fees

Renters must agree and adhere to the rules presented in the rental contract or tenancy could be terminated
