Seasonal rent $3500 + GST + Power

Each site has metered power which is billed at the end of the season, payable to Hitchcock's Hideaway.

CONDITIONS AND RULES

Hitchcock's will provide water, septic and garbage services and reserves the right to add a surcharge for these services at any time.

Rental includes green space and beach access.

All pets must be approved by resort owner.

$500 deposit required to reserve site with balance of rent due May 1st. 

Late fees of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding fees.

Renters must agree and adhere to the rules or tenancy could be terminated.

To continue tenancy into the following season, a deposit is required, and storage fees apply if trailer left on site over winter.
